Three fields or no entry. An entry the build cannot date, point at, and give a next step to is not written down. Entries older than sixty days are flagged stale, and the publish gate refuses a stale entry rather than letting it sit.

  ArtifactPath class <transcript-intel>/eval/ — the graded query set, the swept parameters and the gate result for both backends. Corpus: 12,171 deduplicated calls across 3,652 tickers.

  Next milestone2026-09-30 — publish the guidance-ledger schema and the first quarter-over-quarter tone delta from that corpus.
